White Chia seeds have been clinically demonstrated as a whole food with the highest plant based source of Omega-3, dietary fibre, protein and antioxidants. When added to liquid they swell 17 times their size so they are a healthy way to thicken salad dressing, gravy and soups. They're also a wonderful way to fortify cereal, porridge and yogurt.
